WHAT IT IS
An instrument that is more than it seems.
What looks like a simple disc carries a code from far beyond the earth. It opens a channel between the cosmos and the deepest layers of your being. In the tradition it comes from, the disc is said to carry the combined forces of four planets, Saturn, Venus, Mercury and Pluto. Each planet has its own focus, together they form a fusion of cosmic energy that is loving yet demanding, transforming and corrective, but never painful or negative.
THE FOUR ENERGIES:
Saturn: karma and the chosen path. Saturn points the soul back to the karma it chose before birth, the life task it set for this life, including what it has been avoiding. Its energy is firm and strong, and it is said to work on the whole person, including career, relationships and the balance between soul and body.
Venus: warmth and acceptance. Venus works on love, the soul and the heart. Its energy is soft and gentle, and it creates a warm, safe connection with the soul. This supports openness to the work and to the changes that follow.
Mercury: new ways of thinking. Mercury works on the mind. Its energy opens new ways of thinking, so that patterns held in the mind can begin to shift.
Pluto: the past and the future. Pluto works on what lies in the past and opens the way to the future. It helps feeling come outward, so what has been held inside can be felt and expressed.
The Cosmic Disc works deeply and directly, turning first to the soul and to consciousness. It asks for a sincere wish to change, and for the courage to meet what surfaces. As in all our work, conversation and reflection remains part of the process.

Chakras are energy centres within spiritual traditions and energetic approaches, including Malva Therapy. The seven main chakras run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, each associated with aspects of life such as grounding, feeling, personal strength, love, expression, intuition and spiritual connection. They offer a way of exploring your inner experience and the relationship between body and soul.
Within Malva’s spiritual understanding, your soul carries an inner strength: a pure, original force, divine in nature that is always present in you. Experiences along the way may leave you feeling disconnected from it, uncertain, or less able to draw from it.
This offering invites you to find your way back to that strength. It seeks to restore the balance you carried at birth, and to bring soul and body back into harmony.
During the session, the Cosmic Disc is placed on every one of the seven main chakras, with my hands resting on the disc, acting as a channel, gently carrying harmony, energy, love, magnetism and spirit into each centre.
It offers a slower, gentler approach than Cosmic Disc regression, with space to discover what it could mean to stand in your own strength and meet life with renewed openness, spontaneity and self-awareness..

OPTION TWO - REGRESSION
The return to your path
This form of regression addresses the path your soul chose before you were born, with a karmic task to work with in this life. Choices shaped by fear, desire or the need for security may draw you away from that path, and the connection between body and soul can feel blocked. You may feel stuck, powerless or disconnected from yourself, without knowing how to move forward
Regression with the Cosmic Disc invites you to look again at your connection with that original intention. It focuses on this life, rather than past lives, and returns you to the moment that intention was first made.
Each session follows the approach of Connectsisouls: arriving and settling, the body work, and reflecting and returning. During the body work, the Cosmic Disc is placed on your root chakra and energy flows through it, with my hands lightly on or just above it. After that, your soul is invited to come to the root chakra and anchor its strength there. Throughout, you remain fully conscious and are not put into a trance.
The root chakra is the energy centre at the base of the body, in the area between the pelvis and the tailbone. It is seen as the gateway through which energy flows into all the other energy centres.
The aim of the Cosmic Disc is to open, clear and ground the root chakra, so there is more room for growth, healing and development.
There is space to work with emotions, familiar patterns and experiences that may still affect you. This can include meeting something you have avoided, or seeing where you want to choose differently. You may begin to recognise more clearly what feels like a yes or a no, and what it means to stand by your own choices.
The regression is offered as a series, giving time to work with what emerges and bring it into everyday life. The first four sessions are planned close together, ideally weekly where possible. After that, the time between sessions gradually lengthens depending on your process and how intense it feels, giving yourself time to adjust to what emerges.
This journey is for those who sincerely wish to bring meaningful change into their lives and are willing to engage with what emerges. Joining is a serious commitment, and the series is designed to be completed in full. There is a clear decision point after the introductory session, where you can choose whether to continue, and the terms for stepping back are set out in advance. Once you have committed to continue, completing the series is seen as keeping the soul from being held back in its evolution.
01 - Preliminary session
The preliminary session is an introduction to the work. We begin by talking about what brings you here and whether this way of working fits you. Then the session works gently with the aura, including a treatment that helps you open up. In this view, it clears the layers of the aura and nourishes the soul, and it prepares you well for the chakra work that follows. It is the first of the twelve sessions
2 · Introductory session
One week later, you have your first session with the Cosmic Disc. This gives you the opportunity to experience how you respond to the cosmic energy. While we begin with a shared commitment to the journey ahead, there is room to reconsider if the experience is very different from what you expected or does not feel right for you. Together, we can explore whether another offering, such as Return to Your Primal Strength, the Ankh or the Lift-Up of the Soul, would be a better fit.
3 · The full course
Across the series, each planet brings a different focus within the spiritual framework of this work. Saturn guides the introductory session and the one that follows, with attention to karma and the path your soul has chosen. From the third to the fifth session, Venus brings the focus to love, the soul and the heart. Mercury guides the sixth to the eighth sessions, turning attention to the mind. In the ninth session, Pluto brings attention to the past and what may be ready to open towards the future.
4 · Closing sessions
Before the closing sessions, you have the opportunity to book a tenth Cosmic Disc session, also working with Pluto’s energy, to experience the program in its full form. This session is entirely optional and available on request.
The two closing sessions bring the series to completion. We take time to reflect on the journey as a whole, returning to what brought you here and considering what has changed, what you have come to understand and what feels important as you move forward. They also include an energetic treatment intended to support the integration of these experiences into your body and everyday life.

The journey includes twelve one-to-one sessions: a preliminary session, nine Cosmic Disc sessions and two closing sessions. The first Cosmic Disc session is introductory, with room to reconsider your commitment if the experience does not feel right for you. Each session lasts two hours, with time for conversation, work on the table and reflection, keeping you and your experience at the heart of the journey.
