A little about me

The unfolding behind Connectsisouls

My Path Into This Work

Before I supported others in reconnecting, I had to find my own way home to myself.

For many years, I worked in corporate environments shaped by responsibility, analysis, and demanding expectations. I learned to adapt to defined frameworks, to show up, to contribute, and to carry responsibility — even when the work did not deeply inspire me. My focus was on building a career and creating financial security.

When we moved abroad for my husband’s work, I chose to step away from that professional path. What began as a practical decision gradually became a turning point.

After four years as a stay-at-home mother, I returned to the corporate world I once knew — only to realize that something fundamental within me had changed. The structure that once felt familiar no longer fit. Not long after, I chose to close that chapter entirely.

Closing that chapter did not only change my work — it reshaped my sense of identity. Stepping outside a system where achievement often defines worth was both liberating and unsettling. I found myself questioning where I truly belonged.

That period became transformative. What began as a search for belonging unfolded into a deeper inward journey. During my three years of professional Malva Therapy training in Europe, layers gradually revealed themselves — patterns, roles, and beliefs I had carried for years without fully recognizing.

I began listening more closely: to my body, to my emotions, to the subtle signals I had long overlooked. I started to recognize how the way I moved through life was mirrored in my body.

It was through this journey that I began to experience the power of awareness — the gentle shift that occurs when something becomes clear in the body and in the way we relate to ourselves. That experience stayed with me and grew into a clear sense of purpose.

Connectsisouls grew naturally from this unfolding. The name reflects what I hold dear: connection — not only between people, but within ourselves. A reconnection with the body, with inner truth, and with the deeper layers of who we are. “Si” quietly carries my name, a reminder that this work is personal and offered with presence.

Becoming a permanent resident in the United States felt symbolic. It invited me to respond to a quiet inner nudge — to step forward, to be visible, and to move beyond the comfort zone where I had long remained

I continue to learn — through training, through reading, through motherhood, and through the experience of living between cultures. For me, growth is ongoing.

In my life, I have come to notice how meaning reveals itself in everyday experiences. When I slow down and create space to reflect, even simple moments begin to offer clarity. Returning to this awareness brings a sense of lightness — and a deep appreciation for what often goes unnoticed in daily life.

If you are looking for a space where awareness can unfold gently and without pressure, you are welcome here — at Connectsisouls.
