CONNECTSISOULS
Where Connectsisouls Took Root
Malva therapy entered my life at a moment when I was searching for something deeper.
I felt deeply drawn to this three-year practitioner program to support my own process. It brought together all of my interests into one integrated path — breathwork, crystal and herbal wisdom, dream exploration, and a profound understanding of the soul within a body-based energetic approach.
The training required presence, sincerity, and a willingness to meet myself in new ways.
It was immersive. It shaped how I listened, how I observed, and how I began to understand life itself.
What I encountered was a way of working that felt both structured and intuitive — honouring the body’s innate wisdom and its natural capacity to restore balance.
It became a path of self-transformation where awareness deepened, emotional capacity expanded, and my life gradually began to shift.
In the second year, when working with clients became part of the training, something aligned. I witnessed how gentle, sincere recognition — meeting what is present with softness rather than judgment — allows understanding to move beyond the mind and settle into the body. It filled me with joy to see change unfold and inner connectedness begin to feel natural and sustainable, because it arose from within.
From there, Connectsisouls emerged organically — as an expression of what had already taken root in me. It continued to grow through word of mouth, carried by trust and lived experience.
What once supported my own unfolding became the foundation from which I now walk alongside others.
Malva therapy
Body-oriented therapy with a holistic approach
Malva Therapy was developed in the Netherlands and draws from both Western and Eastern healing traditions, with thoughtful attention to energetic and spiritual well-being.
The name refers to the malva plant (Malva sylvestris), a medicinal herb known for its gentle yet restorative qualities. Across cultures, it symbolizes softness, resilience, and renewal — qualities that reflect the spirit of this approach.
Malva Therapy is a gentle yet transformative method that supports the body’s natural capacity for regulation and balance. It works holistically, recognising body, mind, and soul as interconnected dimensions of human experience.
Each person carries layers of lived experience — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, this approach brings awareness to underlying patterns and root causes. Insight creates understanding. Understanding allows acceptance. From acceptance, change can unfold more naturally.
Sessions involve subtle energetic touch and guided awareness. The intention is not to impose healing, but to support the body’s own process of integration and restoration.
Evidence-Informed Practice
Malva Therapy is practiced within a culture of professional reflection and dialogue. Clinical experience and observed outcomes are continually reflected upon to refine and deepen the approach.
Because energetic work does not easily align with conventional double-blind research models, its development also draws on complementary research pathways, including phenomenological inquiry centred on lived experience. Structured evaluation and peer exchange contribute to maintaining quality and professional integrity in practice.
Important Note
Malva Therapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
