Every complaint, illness, emotion or problem has a deeper meaning.

 

Physical complaints & illness are a signal that the energetic balance has been disturbed and that the immune system is working hard to restore physical and mental-emotional balance.   By listening carefully to the symptoms and identifying when and where they appear, it is possible to identify their cause.

 

Being sick is not just a physical process.  It is also a mental process in which life is processed.   The way we deal with our emotions, beliefs & thoughts affects our physical health.  70% of physical complaints are caused by tension.  Tensions of life often settle first in the neck & shoulder area, while grief & grief processing takes place in the abdomen. Persistent stressors are a drain on your immune system and can make you sick or delay or hinder your healing process. 

 

As your energy flows freely, so does your sense of peace, freedom, and inner balance..

If we consider our body as a reflection of what we are not (yet) able to deal with properly, many complaints can be released and cleared.  Through clear communication with our soul and body, we receive impulses to deal with ourselves & others in a different way.  As a result, we build greater flexibility or resilience.  This allows us to better deal with obstacles in life and begin to live our lives in a way we feel is important.

TRAJECTORY

The program is aligned to your unique needs and typically consists of 8 to 10 sessions.

During these sessions we aim for a deeper sense of joy, release tension, strengthen self-acceptance and positivity, and reduce feelings of uncertainty.
